This website sets no cookies. There is no reach measurement, no tracking and no advertising network. For that reason there is also no consent banner.
4. Fonts
The fonts used are stored on our own server. No data is transmitted to Google or any other font provider when you open the page.
5. Contacting us
This website has no contact form. If you call us or send an e-mail, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a booking and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for other matters. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention period applies.
6. Booking via DIRS21
The button “Book a room” leads to our reservation system DIRS21 at reservation.one.dirs21.de. Clicking it takes you away from this website. Data you enter there is transmitted to the provider of the reservation system and its privacy policy applies. The basis for that processing is the initiation and performance of your booking under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
7. Map link
No map is embedded on this website. The link “Get directions” leads to Google Maps. Data is only transmitted to Google once you click it.
8. Hosting
This website is operated by MQTec GmbH, Hilpertstraße 20, 64295 Darmstadt, Germany. MQTec GmbH processes the log data named above on our behalf under a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.
9. Encryption
This website is delivered over an encrypted connection only. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser address bar.
10. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Please contact us at the address above.
